attentive stafffresh towels
the staff were so attentive, they remembered my name and always greeted me with a warm smile. i noticed the rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels always was as if by magic. it filled me with joy.

Excellent Stay with Fantastic Amenities

I found the food very good with many options available. The animation team was engaging and delivered great night shows. I especially enjoyed the sea view from the pool bar. The staff provided warm hospitality and were very attentive .
The room furniture was slightly worn.

decent beachbland foodexcessive wait times
the beach was decent (though crowded).
I must say, i'm annoyed. the food selection was disappointing. I found it repetitive and bland (and the buffet layout was confusing). i also had issues with the room service, the wait times were excessive. i called three times for a bottle of water and it took over an hour to arrive. it's this kind of thing that just adds up and makes you frustrated.

the staff was very friendly and accomodating. every request was met with a smile. food was delicious and had a lot of variety. i like that the restaurants seemed to be opened at almost all hours.
i wish there were more options for sea view rooms.

the hotel staff were very friendly. they often asked if i needed beverages and happily served them. i enjoyed the wide variety of food at the open buffet, i thought the quality was decent. the all-inclusive deal was perfect (i could always find something to eat or drink).
the jacuzzi only barely worked on the first day. it completely stopped working for the rest of my stay.
